The egg pasta made by Pastificio La Lanterna in Bologna, comprises various short and long pasta specialities.
The pasta is produced using a mixture of soft wheat flour, wheat flour and fresh pasteurised eggs, scrupulously selected from the best manufacturers. The green colour is obtained by adding a small amount of powdered spinach.
Thanks to an in-depth study of the mixture of ingredients, the high quality raw materials and use of bronze extrusion equipment which give the product a coarse appearance like hand-rolled pastry, the result is foodstuff resembling a handmade product in appearance and taste.
