Tradition and experience since 1955

Pastificio La Lanterna in San Giovanni in Persiceto was founded in 1955, driven by its owner's passion for fresh pasta, excellent Emilian cuisine, and the Bolognese tradition in particular. Starting with a small workshop, it quickly became a real company which, whilst using modern, cutting-edge technologies, maintains the artisan characteristics of working the dough intact to this day.

Its high quality raw materials, the absence of preservatives or thickeners in the fillings and scrupulous attention to the customer's requirements are the hallmarks of Pastificio La Lanterna, one of the leading manufacturers of fresh egg pasta. In recent years, Pastificio La Lanterna has experienced an ever-increasing fan-base, and is now looking to tap into even wider markets with the aim of expanding throughout Europe.
